Job Summary:

You'll be at the heart of ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability within our branches. You'll be the key liaison between internal teams and external customers, providing superior service and communication. With a focus on Parts Administration and Service Counter Support, you'll play a vital role in maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing service appointments, and analyzing processes to drive profitability. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Service Net Planner, scheduling PMs, repairs, and vendor outside work.
  • Collaborate with Centralized PM Scheduling Operations for seamless customer support.
  • Provide quality phone service and greet customers at the location, addressing inquiries regarding billing and scheduling.
  • Oversee inventory productivity, ensuring timely service support while mitigating inventory loss.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels through strategic ordering and efficient parts management.
  • Receive, store, and organize parts, ensuring availability when needed.
  • Manage battery and tire inventory, overseeing warranty items and returns.
  • Analyze processes related to inventory, maintenance profitability, and warranty campaigns.
  • Utilize systems like ServiceNet or AS400 for problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Undertake projects and tasks assigned by Branch Financial Manager and District Financial Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service and operations experience.
  • 2+ years working in service and parts department preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on continuous education and improvement.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary and complete background checks and drug screenings.
